How to pour bottled beers

Serving low fermentation bottled beers on the counter:
1 – Put on the counter two beer mats: one for the beer and the other for the bottle
2 – Take the bottle from the fridge ant check its cleanness
3 – Uncap the bottle
4 – Check the inside cap
5 – Show the cap to the consumer
6 – Take a glass
7 – Use a double sink (if possible) and degrease the glass with a neutral cleanser
8 – Clean the foot of the glass as well
9 – Rinse the glass in cold water
10 – Check that the glass is perfectly degreased
11 – Gently pour the beer holding the glass at an angle, paying attention not to touch the glass or the foam with the neck of the bottle
12 – Gradually bring the glass to an upright position, in order to get the desired foam on the top of the poured beer (head)
13 – Put the bottle and the glass on the counter
14 – Cut the foam with the beer knife holding it at a 45 degrees angle and removing the larger bubbles
15 – Rinse the exterior surface of the glass
16 – Wipe the glass
17 – Put the glass on the left beer mat with the logo facing the consumer
18 – The beer is ready to drink
